    One question: why does the setlist above show only 21 of the 22 tracks?

      The way the tracks are cut isn't always as the "set list" on the scans. The "extra" track is track 10 - a 5 second count in before Lover Man. You will also find that some of the "studio chat" is added to the end of tracks so this is how the tracks are cut
